Enough. is now available to read.

Hey everyone,

After 8 months of writing in my spare time, my book "Enough." is finally available.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9NZ1T8C

I started to write it at the height of the pandemic. I had been struggling between two extremes of anxiety and boredom that had me questioning if there's more to life than refreshing a tiny blue screen.

I wanted to write a book on a problem that seems rather invisible to us all; technology addiction.

I'm sure many of you can relate to being on our devices too much. One day I realized that I was part of this problem. I've probably been part of this problem for many years and never realized it.

When I become more aware of just how much time I spent with technology, I wanted to do everything in my power to moderate it.

This book is my journey to find more meaning in life by openly talking about these problems. I hope it helps you too.

P.S. If you can't afford the book right now but can relate to the message, send me an email and I'll send you a free copy.

Take care,

Jon

What Could Go Right, Good Products Gone Bad, and Life's Operating System February 5, 2023 Hey friends, Happy Sunday. I know this sounds cliché, but one of the biggest lessons I've had over the last few months is one of opposites. I had just come off writing a book and re-thinking just about everything in my life. One major revelation I had was that it is sometimes more important to know what one should not think about rather than what one should think about. I started to question the true...

Conveyor Belts, The Eminent Dead, and Reduction January 29, 2023 Hey friends, Happy Sunday. 2023 is a year of resilience for me. Let me tell you why. The world is changing oh so quickly and we're being pushed and pulled through some troubled waters. Wherever your attention is currently focused, you're probably seeing some difficulty as the world is in the process of correcting. Resilience to me is rethinking fast. Fast can be fragile. Slow can be strong. This isn't to say to be prudent, but...
